Building.
Something. Extraordinary.
I grew up in the Amish community, where ambition, personal success, and striving for greatness were often viewed as prideful, even sinful. Life revolved around simplicity, and anything resembling “worldly achievement” was discouraged.
At 18, I made the hardest decision of my life: I left behind everything I had ever known—friends and all the traditions I grew up with—in pursuit of something greater. It wasn't just about leaving a way of life; it was a complete shift in how I saw the world.
As expected, I was met with backlash. But here's what people didn't see: my journey was never about abandoning faith or becoming lost in the pursuit of success.
A Mission of Integrity
Instead, my mission is to show that you can achieve great things without losing your integrity, without compromising your values, and without succumbing to the ‘sins’ they warned me about.
I want to prove, not just to them, but to anyone who's ever felt trapped by their circumstances, that success is possible without sacrificing who you are.
I'm here to build something extraordinary and help other businesses build that for themselves—something that will stand as a testament to the fact that greatness and goodness can go hand in hand.
The Challenges I Witnessed
Growing up, I saw this struggle firsthand in the small businesses around me. In the Amish community, entrepreneurship is prevalent—it was how many supported their families.
Yet, I watched so many of these businesses rise with hope only to fail, not because they lacked hard work or great ideas, but because they didn’t understand how to market themselves or scale in a sustainable way. Seeing those dreams crumble was heartbreaking.
That’s why I created Vantage Strategies: to help small businesses grow in a way they never thought possible. My goal is to help them grow and scale quickly, sustainably, and confidently, ensuring their success for the long haul.
